The new Graco Fusion FX foam and polyurea gun is the smallest, lightest and best-balanced gun in the industry. With a completely new spray technology that will change the way you work with foam and urea.

The Fusion FX gun is designed from the ground up to be the easiest to maintain and most comfortable gun on the market. Manufactured for foam and polyurea spraying applications. Below we detail the features.

The Fusion FX is 30% lighter and 9 times more balanced compared to the Fusion PC. This makes the Fusion FX the lightest, smallest and most balanced pistol on the market. Also facilitates spraying of smaller areas thanks to its narrow design.

DuoFlo valve technology eliminates the need for side seals and provides precise control and mixing. No side seals means no wear on the mixing chamber, which provides a longer service life of the mixing chamber.

Another new feature of the new Graco spray gun for foam and polyurea is the RapidSwap mixing chamber, which allows access to the air chamber in seconds by simply removing the air nozzle. This has several advantages:

Maintain a perfect spray pattern by being able to maintain your impact ports.
Maximize your productivity with the additional output you get through the FX mixing chambers due to a lower pressure drop through the gun.

Thanks to the QuickFlex spray technology, users can quickly switch between spraying as a ClearShot or Air Purge gun simply by changing the air piston. The handle is designed for use with both Clear Shot and Air Purge. Use existing CS fluid tubes.

The improved trigger response is another feature to be taken into account as the trigger recor is 30% less compared to the Fusion AP and Fusion PC guns to improve the trigger response and reduce burnout.

The handle is ergonomic and larger to improve comfort and reduce burnout. It is temperature stable, high power and heat resistant. Repair and replacement are simple as they are easily removable from the gun body with a screw.

Hand straps are designed to reduce spray depletion by the gripping force required when holding the gun. In addition, the user can easily adjust or replace it.
