The closed circuit of the Blastrac shot blasting machines launches a quantity of scero abrasive towards the surface. When said abrasive hits the pavement, it leaves a mark. Dust and contaminants are moved by a stream of air into a separator that sends the dust to the vacuum cleaner. This makes the process almost dust-free.

The steel abrasive blasting system is the cleanest there is, since it does not use chemicals or waste portable water. The video below explains the shot blasting system.
