Inside Pipes

THE TURBINES ARE CONNECTED TO THE AIRLESS PUMPS. THE PAINT IS PROJECTED IN 360 ° ON THE INTERNAL SURFACE OF THE TUBE.

In this section we offer you the different Equipment for Painting Interior Pipes, they are pneumatically actuated, with a Material Projection system by means of a Rotating Disc which centrifuges and projects the paint towards the internal walls of the pipe.

All turbines include a trolley to move them inside the tubes, and they spray most of the specified products, from the lightest to the most viscous. Its operation needs an airless paint feeding equipment that meets the requirements of the product to be sprayed and clean and dry compressed air for turning the turbine.
