Bristle Blaster. Everything you need to know about hand-held shot blasters.
Shot blasting is based on the projection of abrasive particles (shot) at high speed, which when impacting with the treated part produces the removal of contaminants from the surface (paint, oxide, cast iron residues, casting material burrs, etc.).
The Bristle Blaster® is a rotating bristle tool specially designed to remove corrosion and/or coatings, clean the surface, and then generate an anchor profile. It represents a step forward in the "grain-free blasting" field. The patented features of the Bristle Blaster® form the basis for our new machinery products that are now used to enter different markets. We have the right solution for your problem. Whether you need a power tool for the automotive industry or an electric machine for the sea, we have what you need.
The only hand tools in the world that can "blast". Removes corrosion and coatings quickly and completely. In addition to eliminating corrosion, it generates an anchor profile using a specially designed rotary bristle tool.
Advantages Bristle Blaster
• Light and easy to transport equipment. Fast, flexible and cost effective.
• Three power options: compressed air, electricity or battery.
• Does not use, generate or produce materials harmful to health.
• No additional waste that needs to be recovered or recycled.
• Ideal for small areas, repair work and treatment of solder joints.
• Safe and environmentally friendly handling.
• It’s a blast.
Hand blasting brushes
Hand-held shot blasting machines have a polyamide belt which is equipped with special wire bristles. These bristles are driven dynamically by the tool, during rotation the wire tips are accelerated (due to the design of the accelerator bar), and as a result impact the surface to be worked with additional kinetic energy and increasing speed, immediately after the impact of the tips of the bristles are retracted and a rebound is achieved by achieving a micro chiseled, during this process corrosion or coatings are removed from the surface.
Depending on the type of work, you will choose the 11 or 23 mm brush and also the material: stainless steel or carbon steel.
