Shipping & Returns

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment via a courier service, with a tracking number and delivery without a signature. To choose the signed delivery option, you must contact Jomar. Regardless of the shipping method selected, an online order tracking link will be provided.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postal charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. Customers are advised, whenever possible, to group all their purchases into a single order, as we cannot combine two separate orders and shipping costs will be applied individually to each. We are not responsible for damages that may occur to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. The boxes are large, and your items will be well protected.

 

Shipping

 

 

  • Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours depending on the destination. These delivery times are not guaranteed, although Jomar strives to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. Delivery cannot be guaranteed within 24 hours in remote rural areas far from urban centers.
  • Free shipping within Spain and Portugal (excluding islands) for purchases over €300. This promotion does not include the purchase of abrasives.
  • Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each product listing. For orders with multiple items, a single shipment will be made, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery period.
  • Customers have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the order and that everything included in the products is correct. After this period, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for damages or faults will be accepted.
  • If a product arrives damaged during transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours to file a claim with the courier company. It is also advisable to record the incident with the transport company.

 

 

 

Return Conditions for Individual Customers

 

  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition, in perfect state and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, Jomar reserves the right to reject the return.
  • Once the withdrawal form is completed and sent, instructions will be sent to the previously provided email on how to send the return to our facilities. The goods must be sent without delay, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of the return.
  • The transportation costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer, who may choose the courier that best suits their needs.
  • Once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. The amount paid, including delivery costs, will be refunded, except for any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
  • Return of products with gifts or promotions: A complete return (full pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund.

 

 

Conditions for Distributor Returns

  • Returns will only be accepted for unopened and perfect condition materials within 30 calendar days after receipt.
  • Existing promotions on the website that extend the delivery period beyond 30 days will not apply to distributors, who will always have a 30-day return period. Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law regulating return rights between companies, and these procedures are governed by Jomar's conditions.
  • Returns of products in blister packs or shrink-wrapped, and other products with a broken factory seal, will not be accepted.
  • These conditions do not cancel the right to warranty or exchange for defective products. JOMAR reserves the right to deny the return if any irregularity is detected in the returned product.


Order Cancellations


Any order cancellations involving a refund to the customer via bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days due to administrative procedures, although we try to ensure the process does not take longer than 7 days.
