Graco LL5 spray nozzles, specially designed for scribing equipment, produce clean, laser-sharp lines with no blurry edges. LL5 nozzles spray heavy waterborne primers to thin alkyl traffic paint, ensuring uniform paint thickness from edge to edge, less overspray and long-lasting lines.

The pump provides:

• Paint flow

• Paint pressure

The diameter of the nozzle tells the pump the intensity with which it should work. hose nozzle defines:

• Spray angle

• Spray volume

Tips for mouthpieces
The first digit describes the angle. For example, 6 = 60°. Multiply the first digit by 5 to get the actual width of the fan when spraying at a distance of 30 cm from the wall, e.g. e.g. 6 x 5 = 30cm.

The second and third digits describe the hole size, e.g. e.g., 21 = 0.021".

Setting the correct nozzle Rule of thumb: When changing nozzles, use a new fan width and orifice size.
