Jet or Shot Blasting Cabin

The blasting or blasting booths are designed to achieve continuous work in blasting operations, generating a continuous cycle from the projection of the abrasive, transport, classification and storage, until it reaches the sandblasting machine again.

Cabins with partial collection or adaptations of lift and filtration systems for jet rooms can be supplied.

The Blasting Room is built using panels of folded sheet or sandwich type, lined with anti-abrasive rubber.

The lighting of the enclosure is done by low-consumption bulbs, protected by tempered glass.

Ventilation is carried out by a SUCTION UNIT , driven by a high-performance fan.

It is equipped with high-efficiency filter cartridges and an automatic cleaning system for them using compressed air.

The transport and recovery of the projected abrasive is carried out by means of the longitudinal and transverse sweeping of the cabin floor, (SWEEPER TRAY) that unloads in the elevator.

In turn, the elevator delivers to the classifier, and once the cleaning and classification has been carried out, it unloads the valid shot into the silo for later reuse.

The SWEEPER TRAY system is simple and reliable. It has a low profile, so it requires shallow pits.

It can also be installed on the slab, further reducing the aforementioned civil work.

The ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL is mounted inside a metal cabinet.

It is equipped with a general switch, fuses, contactors, thermal protectors, terminal blocks, keypads, etc ... Complying with the current CEI standard .
